Jennifer Young - PhD Student 

Jennifer gained a B.A. in English and Latin literature from Warwick University before working for over twenty years as a compliance and editorial advisor for both public service and commercial broadcasters. In 2015 she was awarded an LLM in Media Law, Policy and Practice by the UEA. 

Her interests lie in media regulation, editorial control and censorship.

Funded by a SeNSS 1+3 studentship and currently completing a Masters in Research in the School of Psychology, she will take up a place in the UEA Law school as a PhD candidate in 2018.

Provisional Thesis Title: UK Media Regulations: Fit for Purpose?
