Richard Cadman, PhD Student
Richard is a part-time PhD student researching the effect of different forms of vertical separation of telecoms companies on competition and innovation in retail broadband markets.
He has a Masters Degree in Competition and Regulation Policy from the UEA (2008) and a degree in Politics from York University (1982).
When not researching his PhD, Richard works as a consultant for telecoms companies on public and economic regulation matters.
Richard's PhD title is 'Functional Separation in Telecommunications'
