Shaun Bradshaw, PhD Student
Shaun holds an LLB (First Class Honours) and an LLM in Employment Law (Distinction) from the University of East Anglia. Shaun is an SSF Funded PhD research student in the School of Law and joined the Centre in 2014.
Shaun’s research is primarily in the field of Labour Law, with a focus on Collective Bargaining and Industrial Action. His research covers the effects of Human Rights Laws, EU Law and Competition Law on these areas.
Shaun’s current research in the field of Competition Law and Labour Law looks at the question of whether the collective agreement exemption from Article 101 is needed and a competitive analysis of the TUC’s Dispute Principles
