Zita Vasas, PhD Student
Zita is a part-time postgraduate research student at the Norwich Business School of UEA, and a member of the Centre for Competition Policy. She holds an M.Sc. in Competition and Market Regulation from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics in Spain, and an M.Sc. in Economics from the Corvinus University of Budapest in Hungary.
Zita currently works in the Financial Conduct Authority's Chief Economist Department. Prior to joining the FCA, she worked as an economist at a leading competition consultancy, Compass Lexecon, and at the Hungarian Competition Authority.
Zita's research interests include issues in Industrial Organisation and Competition Policy. Her current research focuses on modelling market outcomes in differentiated product markets where consumers have imperfect information.
