Utilities Policy Special Issue

A CCP research strand investigating reform in the context of South East Europe energy policy has recently culminated in the publication of a special issue of Utilities Policy (17(1), March 2009).  Some of the articles were released as CCP Working Papers, which can be found below.  Those involved in the research continue to be in contact with regulators and academics in the region and would be interested in receiving comments on their papers.
